O
Bill Getchy - my first "supervisor" other than Dad, during a summer internship in Youngstown. A hard-nosed, former army boxer, but with a warmth and caring underneath that leather exterior.
O
Ken Lizzotte - "Kenny" was another of Dad's friends, and he gave me some stability in that first "leg" of my industrial career as a summer intern in Youngstown. Was a top-shelf industrial project manager, and was one of the first to break the mold of Dowell and leave the next to expand his career elsewhere. Inspirational.
O
Chris Bloch - my first full-time employer after college. He challenged the traditional views of learning, and pushed a deeper understanding of the cause and effect so integral to the basics of engineering. I've since had the pleasure to work alongside Chris on a number of other projects since I started my consulting business.
O
Ed Hoy - he helped start the research side of my industrial cleaning career, when researching subjects in industrial cleaning wasn't especially popular in our business.
O
Jim Huling - I never really knew what Jim did when I was growing up, except he was a great next-door neighbor and close friends of Mom & Dad. Turns out he was a heck of an industrial project manager, working around the world with Dad and swapping stories.Wish I could have heard more of those stories now!
O
Dad - a mentor; a hero; a comrade; a friend. I will always miss you.
